Yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa

Join instructor Edwina for one hour beginner to intermediate class to align fully: body and mind as you hold poses and flow seamlessly into the next with timed breaths. She incorporates essential oils, mudra (hand poses) with conscious breathing and classic yoga positions.
